Based on years of experience, Rachael has extensive knowledge and real estate expertise. Her service is geared towards keeping her clients happy and producing successful results. Rachael believes in collaboration with her clients and that developing a trusting relationship will create a positive experience for everyone throughout the transaction. In 2012, she decided to take her career to the next level by teaming up with Nicole McCabe at Posh Properties, where they are a multi-million dollar producing team. Their partnership allows their clients to obtain answers to their questions quickly and be available for appointments with short notice. They understand that time is of the essence when it comes to real estate and being accessible is extremely important. They will always put in the effort and go above and beyond to keep their clients pleased and create a stress-free experience.
Born and raised in The Biggest Little City in the World, Reno, NV, Rachael developed her strong work ethic from shadowing her father who was also in the real estate industry. She learned the importance of forming a loyal, dependable partnership with both clients and colleagues as it is the pathway to success for everyone. Arizona became her home when she moved here to go to Arizona State University. Rachael completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology within three years and went on to earn her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, all while maintaining high honors and Dean’s List status. Her educational background allows Rachael to provide a unique understanding of the range of emotions that can accompany real estate transactions. She is able to help her clients feel comfortable throughout the decision-making process of their purchase or sale.
Rachael finds great joy in connecting with others both personally and professionally. She has been happily married since 2010 and has two incredible children who are the light of her life. Aside from selling real estate, Rachael enjoys spending time with loved ones, reading, Pilates and spin classes, and being outdoors.
